Acceptable Use Policy

What this policy covers

Christmas Photo AI generates photorealistic holiday portraits from a photo you upload. Because results look like real people, the rules below are strict. They apply to your uploaded photo, your style and format choices, the generated result, and anything you do with a result after you download it.

Using the service means you accept this policy. If you do not accept it, do not upload a photo.

Sexual and NSFW content

Do not upload, request, or generate nudity, sexual acts, sexualised poses, lingerie or fetish content, or any image whose main purpose is sexual arousal.

Any sexual content involving a minor is prohibited without exception and is handled under the child safety section below.

Violence and gore

Do not upload or generate graphic violence, serious injury, blood, dismemberment, animal cruelty, or content that glorifies or instructs self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.

Do not use the service to threaten violence against a person or group.

Hate and harassment

Do not create content that promotes hatred, dehumanises, or discriminates against people based on race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or nationality.

Do not use slurs, target a person with harassment, or create humiliating or degrading images of a real person.

Child safety

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any sexualised depiction of a minor are absolutely prohibited. This includes AI-generated and AI-altered images, and images where a minor's face is placed on an adult body.

We block the content, terminate the account, preserve the relevant records, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children where applicable.

If a minor appears in a photo you upload, you must be the minor's parent or guardian, or have the consent of their parent or guardian.

Deepfakes and impersonation

Do not use the service to swap one real person's face onto another person, to place a real person into a fabricated event, or to make a real person appear to say or do something they did not say or do.

Do not upload photos of public figures, celebrities, politicians, or other well-known people for transformation. Do not create non-consensual intimate imagery of any real person.

Keeping the same person in a new holiday scene is the core of the product. Changing who the person is, or inventing what they did, is not allowed.

Copyright and trademark

Do not upload or request content that reproduces copyrighted characters, artwork, film or game stills, logos, brand names, or trademarks you do not have the right to use.

Do not present a result as official, licensed, or endorsed by a brand, studio, or model provider when it is not.

Other prohibited uses

Do not upload identity documents, financial records, private addresses, or other sensitive personal data. Do not upload images of another person without their consent.

Do not use the service for fraud, scams, harassment, blackmail, or any illegal activity, and do not attempt to bypass safety checks, rate limits, or access controls.

Real-person uploads

Upload only a photo of yourself, or a photo of another person for whom you have explicit permission. By uploading, you confirm that you own the photo or have the rights needed to use it this way.

If the photo shows a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or guardian, or that you have the parent or guardian's consent.

We may ask you to confirm your permission, and we may remove content and suspend accounts when permission is disputed.

How we moderate content

Every uploaded photo is screened by an automated image-safety check before it can be used, and every generated result is screened before it is shown to you. Flagged content is blocked and the credit for a blocked generation is returned.

Reports from users are reviewed by a person. We may also review accounts and content when we detect or receive reports of abuse patterns.

We keep moderation decisions and the related safety signals for as long as needed to enforce this policy.

Our image model provider may apply its own safety filters, but our checks run independently. A pass through our checks does not mean content is approved for every use; you remain responsible for what you upload and share.

Reporting a violation

Email support@christmasphotoai.com with the subject "Content report". Include the account or result URL if you have it, what the content shows, and when you saw it.

For an urgent child-safety report, use the subject "URGENT content report" so it is prioritised.

We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days. We may ask for more information, and we may keep your report confidential. We do not always disclose the outcome to the reporter, but every report is reviewed.

Enforcement

Depending on severity and history, we may: refuse to generate a portrait; remove a result; withhold credits connected to prohibited content; warn, suspend, or permanently terminate an account; block an email address or payment method; and report illegal content to law enforcement.

Severe violations, especially child sexual abuse material and non-consensual intimate imagery, lead to immediate termination and a report to the authorities without prior warning.

Appeals

If you believe a moderation decision was wrong, email support@christmasphotoai.com within 30 days with the account email and the result or job ID. A person will review the decision. We will correct mistakes and restore credits where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product or the law changes. We will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email.
