A framed family gift
Printed small and tied with a ribbon, it reads as an object someone unwrapped rather than a file they were sent.
One photo, framed like a party trick.
Picture Frame turns your photo into a print held up in a crooked, tinsel-wrapped frame — candy canes, baubles and a bow mid-slide, everyone caught laughing instead of posing straight at the lens. One to four people stay sharp inside the opening, so it reads like a photo-booth outtake from a good party rather than a formal portrait.
One photo in · one portrait out · about two minutes

Ten frames, one style
Every frame below runs on your own photo. The print keeps your scene and your people; only the frame turns Christmas.

Inside the style
The frame is a prop, not a mount: someone is holding it up at a tilt, tinsel is slipping off one corner and a candy cane is stuck through the top. The print inside stays clean and evenly lit, with no sheet of glass between you and the portrait, so skin and fabric keep their texture.
What changes: the photo becomes a print in a playful frame with props spilling around it. What stays: faces, age, hair, glasses, and the number of people. The opening does the composing, so everyone stays fully inside it while the frame tilts.
Where it works
Three places Picture Frame earns its keep.
Printed small and tied with a ribbon, it reads as an object someone unwrapped rather than a file they were sent.
Warm wood and brass suit the room the photo is going to hang in, instead of leaving a white paper border to fight it.
The framing survives a crop, so the square holiday card still looks composed rather than accidentally tight.
Same look, different people
See Picture Frame on different faces and groups — same scene, same light, one photo in.

Three steps
One clear, front-facing photo with everyone visible. 1–4 people, or one pet.
One credit reserves the job. If generation fails, the credit comes back automatically.

Good to know
A few things to know about Picture Frame and how credits work.
It should not. The mat opening is generated around the group, and a frame or mat over a face is explicitly excluded. Very wide groups, or a face already half-cut in your upload, are the two cases where the opening can feel tight.
No. You get a digital image in three crops. Printing and framing are between you and your print shop; nothing physical ships from this site.
Yes. The style needs a clear, front-facing photo with even light, exactly like the rest of the catalog. Background, outfit, and setting in the original are replaced by the mantel, so they do not matter.
The scene renders the portrait as a physical print with paper texture, a mat, and a light falloff across the room, which is what makes it read as an object. Faces are still generated at photographic detail rather than as a flat print, so close up it holds up.
